Why us?

What are your fees?

  • There are no fees or cost to meet with us and to have a conversation to review your benefits package. Once we establish a plan, depending on the type of benefit we help to implement, our fees are derived either by way of direct carrier compensation or a consulting fee that is calculated based upon the scope of the work.

What is your RFP (Request For Proposal) process?

  • We participate in your RFP with the intention of earning the group’s business. We’ll put together an analysis comparing the existing benefit(s), if applicable, against other companies in the market so we can have a detailed and informed conversation with your company’s decision makers about the best options for you to consider and why we are most qualified to represent your group.

Do you work with PEO’s (Professional Employer Organizations)?

  • When a situation call for it, we will bring PEO options to the table for our clients. In addition to our experience onboarding a client to a PEO, our team has extensive experience moving clients off of a PEO once their company size warrants the change.

Are you able to work in a broker-of-record capacity?

  • We can assume an advisory role in a plan by way of a broker of record change when a plan permits it. If a plan does not have advisor relationship built-in, we’ll provide a fee quote based upon the scope of work involved.

How do you support your clients?

  • Our clients are the most important part of our business. We are focused on making sure that our clients and their employees’ needs are our top priority. We have an experienced team of professionals, with varied skills and focus, who are always available to assist employees with any questions, issues or concerns they may have. This includes, but is not limited to: Enrollment, Education, Investment Guidance and Individual/Personal Financial Planning.
